Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the website winerhapsody.com and the booking and purchase of Wine Rhapsody experiences. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who we are

The website and the experiences are offered by Wine Rhapsody, RUT (Chilean tax ID) ##.###.###-#, with registered address at Tu domicilio, comuna, Santiago (“Wine Rhapsody”). Contact: reservas@winerhapsody.com.

2. The experiences

Wine Rhapsody organizes wine and food experiences together with partner wineries, chefs, sommeliers and transportation companies. Each experience’s page states the date, time, location, what is included, the price per person, the minimum number of participants required for it to take place, and the deadline for reaching that minimum.

Images and descriptions are for reference only. We may replace a winery, wine, dish or schedule with an equivalent one when necessary for reasons beyond our control, and we will notify you as far in advance as possible.

3. How booking works

  • Booking is free. When you book, you register your details and the number of attendees; your booking is marked as “pending.”
  • Minimum number of participants. Each experience takes place only if it reaches its minimum number of participants before the stated deadline.
  • Confirmation and payment. Once the minimum is reached, we email you a Mercado Pago payment link. Your spot is secured once the payment is approved.
  • Payment deadline. You must pay within 72 hours after the link is sent. After that deadline, we may release your spots to other people.
  • If the minimum is not reached, the experience is canceled, we notify you by email and no charge is made.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP), per person, and include applicable taxes. Payment is made through Mercado Pago using the payment methods that platform offers. Wine Rhapsody does not receive or store your card details. We will issue the corresponding tax document.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

The conditions for canceling, transferring your spot or receiving refunds are set out in the Booking and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 3 bis of Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection (Ley N° 19.496), Wine Rhapsody excludes the right of withdrawal (derecho a retracto) when you purchase its experiences, as they are services with a set date and limited spots. This exclusion is disclosed in the booking form and in the email containing the payment link, before you pay. This does not affect the refunds provided for in our Booking and Cancellation Policy or your other rights as a consumer.

7. Legal age and responsible drinking

  • The experiences include tasting alcoholic beverages and are restricted to people aged 18 or over. We may ask for your national ID card or passport at the start of the experience.
  • We promote responsible drinking. In accordance with Law No. 19,925, the team may stop serving alcohol to anyone who shows signs of intoxication or endangers their own safety or that of others.
  • If the experience includes transportation, we recommend using it and not driving after drinking.

8. Allergies and dietary restrictions

When booking, you must state any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions in your group. We will adapt the menu for the people indicated as far as possible. Kitchens may handle common allergens (gluten, nuts, shellfish, dairy, among others), so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. If an allergy is severe, please write to us before booking.

9. Conduct during the experience

We ask you to respect the schedule, the instructions of our team and the wineries, and the rules of each venue. We may ask anyone who behaves aggressively or dangerously, or who seriously disrupts the experience for others, to leave, without a refund. Each attendee is responsible for any damage they cause to the facilities or to third parties.

10. Transportation and punctuality

When transportation is included, it departs at the time and from the meeting point provided. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle may leave without you and this will be treated as a no-show. Transportation is provided by a licensed transportation company.

11. Photographs

During the experiences we may take photos and videos of the atmosphere to share on our website and social media. If you do not want to appear, let the team know during the experience or write to us afterwards, and we will remove the images in which you appear.

12. Liability

Wine Rhapsody is responsible for organizing and coordinating the experiences in accordance with the law. Wineries, restaurants and transportation companies are responsible for their own facilities and services. We are not liable for lost personal belongings, or for failures caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events (for example, natural disasters, road closures, health alerts or decisions by the authorities). In such cases we will apply the provisions of the Booking and Cancellation Policy.

13. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Use of the website

The texts, photographs, logos and design of the website belong to Wine Rhapsody or their respective owners and may not be copied without authorization. You may not use the website to send spam or false information, or to attempt to breach its security.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the website, with its last-updated date. Bookings already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of booking, unless the new terms are more favorable to you.

16. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, in particular Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection (Ley N° 19.496). For any question or complaint, write to us at reservas@winerhapsody.com; we will reply as soon as possible. You may also contact SERNAC (Chile’s National Consumer Service) or the competent Juzgado de Policía Local (local police court) as provided by law.
